Iron Man Tri success for Iron Coppers

Four members of the Iron Coppers group took part in the Outlaw Iron Man distance triathlon in Nottingham last Sunday, 26th July.

It was the 2nd year runing that the Iron Copper's founder, Dale Taylor, had taken part in the event.

It consists of: 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile Cycle & 26.2 mile run!

Three of the Iron Coppers completed this gruelling event, with Dale finishing in 14hrs 34mins.
