You directly provide City of London Friends Group with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or take part in any of our events.

• Voluntarily provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.

Our Company may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

• Cancer Research UK.

• Through a mutual contact who may pass us your contact details as a potentially interested supporter.

City of London Friends Group collects your data so that we can:

• Email you with news of our fundraising events and anything that we feel may interest you.

City of London Friends Group stores your data electronically, held by event organisers and the Database Manager.

We will keep your contact data until you tell us that you no longer wish us to hold it or our attempted contact with you fails.

In both of these cases, your data will be deleted from our electronically-held files.
