Treasure Hunts in the City

Imagine a glorious summer evening spent with trusted friends and colleagues, keenly observing your surroundings as you make your way through the historic heart of the City of London, checking out its ancient alleyways, thoroughfares, courtyards and pubs. You are on a Friends of Cancer Research UK City of London Treasure Hunt!

Well we can't guarantee the weather, but we'll do our best to entertain you. You can expect plenty of cunning, cryptic and humorous clues, the opportunity to sink a few decent pints, (we choose our pubs carefully) and a few surprises along the way. When (and if) you reach the end, you'll find a very warm reception from the marking team, a few more pints, and some food.

Interested? You may wish to get a team together for a public Treasure Hunt, or perhaps your company would be interested in hiring our team for a corporate event (in which case please contact either Alex or Paul, details are below). Either way, you'll be making a valuable contribution to Cancer Research UK and you'll have an enjoyable evening to boot.

2008 Treasure Hunt has been postponed until September; watch here for details.

Treasure Hunt - June 2007

The 2007 Treasure Hunt was won by the "Three degrees and a bronze swimming certificate", and with qualifications like that who can be surprised!

Breaking the tradition of the last few years, here are a number of pictures from the event. And also a scoresheet in case you want to see how your favourites did!

Roll on next year!
